I’m Sonja, a Dubai-based kitchen and joinery designer with over ten years of experience designing bespoke kitchens and interiors in the UK and Dubai. My focus is on creating kitchens and furniture that feel timeless, built with care and attention to detail, and designed with longevity in mind. I specialise in inset Shaker kitchens, but I also design bespoke joinery throughout the home.

 

I believe good design should make life easier. My role is not only to design but to oversee every detail, from the first sketches to the production drawings, making sure everything that’s built matches what was promised. Clients come to me because they don’t want the stress of chasing manufacturers or correcting mistakes. I take that responsibility on, so the process is smooth and the results are exactly as they imagined.

I take on only a small number of projects at a time, which allows me to be fully present with each client. I’m thorough, detail-oriented, and I bring European standards of precision and craftsmanship into every project I take on.
